How to Get Rid of Cradle Cap

Don’t worry about how to cure cradle cap. You have bigger things to think about.

I didn't even realize it was a thing until my pediatrician mentioned it was "the last of it." I kept giving baths and wondering why the little yellow spots returned to my daughter's scalp. But good news. You can clean it up at your baby’s next bath, and it will never return.

Step 1

Give baby a warm bath.

Step 2

And rub oil on her head. I used almond oil, but I think anything you have will work. Olive oil or coconut, is fine.

Step 3

Get her out of the bath. While she is still wet, use a stiff brush like the baby bottle cleaner or a toothbrush to gently brush off the little bumps. They should wipe right off.

Cradle cap should be completely gone after this.

Enjoy!

Did your baby have this? How did you cure it?
